I saw this diagram recently. In a nutshell, it explains why there is no point to worrying. There really isn’t!
I’ve been working lately on reducing stress in my life. It’s actually quite hard, because it turns out that I am mostly stressed about non-stressful things. And when you see a diagram like this, it becomes blindingly (embarrassingly?) obvious that stress & worry are basically pointless. So there it is. All I have to do is stop worrying, and then there will be nothing to worry about.
Oh if only it were that easy.
